We've been eat here when the boys where babies. Every Sunday for lunch. Have enjoyed almost every thing on the menu. So glad the remodel created more seating. This family restaurant is A++++!

I have been to this restaurant several times I have lived in Lakeland for a long time. My go-to favorite is the beef chimichanga, 😋 it's always crispy on the outside delicious on the inside and with their homemade salsa it is just a perfect pairing!! And we always get a friendly warm welcoming service! 😊😊

The Campestre Plate (beef, chicken, and pork mixed with garlic) was out of this world delicious! Those homemade tortilla chips and salsa are so addicting! Of course you must try the fried ice cream! You just have too!! Hurry to Tapatios!! You can thank me later!!

I lived in California for years and Tapatio's has, in my opinion, the most authentic Mexican Food. The Quesadilla Mexicana is amazing. I get itwith fajita chicken and switch my guacamole with cilantro. Their salsa is amazing it could be a tad spicier,the texture is perfect and nice warm chips. Love it! We have used them to cater an engagement party very reasonable and plenty of good food. The atmosphere is inviting the sevice efficient and welcoming. I would give them 10 stars. The Only dine in Mexican restaurant i would recommend. We have dined here fir over 20 years.

The food from here never disappoints. There have been a couple times where an item was missing from our order, but was corrected with no issues. Tapatios may be a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for! Overall have never been disappointed with the food from Tapatios. Always fresh and delicious, would always recommend if anyone asks where to go to get great authentic Mexican food. The birria tacos are always on point, as well as the traditional. Traditional tacos are super delicious, this current order seems like it may be missing sine veggies, or doesn't have enough, but the flavor of the meat and tenderness definitely makes up for that. Don't forget about the beans and rice, top tier, and would definitely buy just an order of those. Tapatios is probably the best restaurant I've ever eaten at to be honest.
